We have only visited the American Food Court one time.  It is a fast food cafeteria kind of place.  The menu is basically burgers, hot dogs, ice creams, chips, French fries, onion rings, etc.  The food was decent, but nothing spectacular.  The prices on the other hand were out of control.  For the price we paid I would expect much better food.  The food was about on par with McDonalds or Burger King, but the prices were VERY high.  My wife and I had a modest quick lunch there and it cost us nearly twenty dollars.  We could have eaten at McDonalds for about half that, and the food is just as good.  My honest take, if you want a fast meal, and money is not a concern, then this is the place for you.  If you aren't made of cash though, you would do better to walk half a block to McDonalds, or go down the street to the Lookout Cafe.  The American Food Court is located on Beach Road, at the Fort William Henry Commons.  Give them a call at (518) 668-6847.  This is one to avoid in my book
